Ready-to-post shop items normally leave the workshop within two business days after payment. Personalised and remade pieces normally dispatch within seven business days after the design and payment are agreed. Jason will contact you if a different timescale is needed.
Delivery companies
Orders may travel with Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel. You can state a preference when ordering, but the final service depends on parcel size, destination and service availability.
Delivery costs
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order. Orders over £75 receive free UK delivery. The delivery charge is shown in the basket and order summary before the customer submits an order.
Damage or delay
Please contact Jason promptly if a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of any damage so the delivery issue can be investigated.
